The young detective

Once upon a time, there was a fifteen-year
-old boy called Fares. He was very clever and intelligent at school and all of
his teachers used to say that he was

a
good example for all other students, but Fares was a little bit different from
other boys.

All of his friends would gather at
weekends to play or hang out together but Fares used to stay at home! He
enjoyed staying at home because he loved reading stories and novels such as (Sherlock
Holmes and Agatha Christie's stories, he also admired detective movies and
series like (CSI, Alias, NCIS, law and order SVU).

One day his parents went to visit their
grandparent’s house, but fares stayed at home and started watching his favorite
series. While he was watching TV Fares heard someone shouted help! Help! However,
he thought that it was just imagination, after few seconds he heard the same sound
screaming again and it was coming from the valley next to their house. He
immediately went out of the house and running towards the place where the sound
came from; when he arrived at the place, there was a big shock. At first Fares
thought that, he was having a nightmare or it was a scene from his detective
movie, but as soon as he realized it was real, he was panicked because, there
was a woman covered in blood lying on the floor and there was blood splashes
all over the walls.

After he had calmed down, he called the
police and they came immediately, as soon as they arrived they started
investigating to know what happened, and after few minutes the detective said
that she was killed by someone who apparently ran away after committing his
murder and the reason of her death was a sharp knife stabbed in the victim's
chest.

When fares arrived home, his parents were
waiting for him but he did not tell them what happened.

The next day Fares was sitting on the
balcony thinking of what happened last night, he saw a suspicious went to the
crime scene, he ignored him and went to make some tea, but when Fares came back,
the man has already gone.

The next day after Al-joma’a prayer, he
went to work in their garden, which was next to the crime scene, there was only
a fence separating the garden from the valley, where the crime was committed
in, while he was working in the garden he saw something between the bushes.
When he came closer, he saw a white glove covered with blood; he immediately
discovered that it was the glove that the criminal wore when he killed the
woman.

Fares did not tell the police what he
found because he wanted to make sure of something first, when he went back
home, he sat in the balcony and saw the same man, the man seemed to be looking
for something that he lost. When the man was in his way to go back, Fares
secretly followed him and found out where the man was living.

The next day he went to the police department
and handed them what he found yesterday, and he asked the police men to examine
the fingerprints on the glove that he found, when the results came out, the fingerprints
that were on the knife and the glove matched!

Then he gave the address of that
suspicious to the police because he was their first suspect.

When they went to the man’s house they
inspected his house and found clothes covered in blood, they were the same
clothes that the man wore when he killed that woman.

When they took him to the police apartment, his fingerprints matched
with the same fingerprints on the knife and the glove.

After that the man admitted that he
killed the woman because he wanted to steal her handbag but when she fought
back to defend herself, he killed her! After that, the murderer put in jail and
the case closed after that.

The next day a news reporter went to
Fares’s house and made an interview with him asking about the crimes details,
after answering all the questions the reporter thanked him for his cooperation.
After few days, an article posted about Fares’s bravely actions and how he
helped the police to catch the criminal in order to keep the community safe and
secure.
